Driver Dies in Highway 401 Crash
Multiple Collisions on Busy Ontario Highway
One Fatality, No Serious Injuries Reported
A tragic accident on Highway 401 east of Cobourg, Ontario, has claimed the life of one person. On July 28, 2022, emergency crews responded to a collision involving an SUV towing a travel trailer. The vehicle crashed, resulting in the death of one individual.
The incident was part of a series of accidents on the busy highway between Grafton and Colborne. Up to 20 vehicles were involved in multiple crashes and collisions, but fortunately, no other serious injuries were reported.
