Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley's husband, Michael Haley, has been deployed to Africa for a yearlong stint with the South Carolina Army National Guard. He departed on Saturday, March 4, 2024.
Haley will be serving in a support role for Operation Enduring Freedom, the ongoing military operation against terrorism. His deployment is part of the National Guard's continuous support for overseas operations.
